COACHING FOR LATE-IDENTIFIED AUTISTIC ADULTS

The diagnosis made sense of everything.

It didn't make anything easier.

The relief wore off. Now you're still exhausted, still overwhelmed, still trying to fit into a world that was never built for you. There is a different way. Let's build a life that actually fits.

Free, takes about five minutes

"It has been a pleasure knowing that you are there and that I am not the only one who has felt or feel these things like I do."

- coaching client

You're in the right place if the diagnosis was a relief, and then reality set back in.

  • You know you're autistic but daily life hasn't actually changed

  • You're tired of generic advice that doesn't account for your nervous system

  • Burnout, decision fatigue, and sensory overload are still very real

  • You don't want to fix yourself. You want support that fits.

  • You're done pushing harder and ready to try something different

  • You want structure that works with your energy, not against it

You don't need one more push. You need a clear, gentle structure that honours your nervous system.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

"I spent decades thinking I was just bad at being a person. My own diagnosis changed the story, and that's what I help others do."

I'm an autistic coach with a background in behaviour science and 21+ years of clinical practice. I know what it is to be professionally capable and privately exhausted, to have all the self-knowledge and still not know what to do on a Tuesday when everything is too much. I built this practice because the support I needed didn't exist. I draw on behaviour science, values-based approaches, and my own lived experience to help you build a life that is genuinely designed for you.
