You found out you’re autistic, and it broke your heart and saved your life all at once.

Now what?

You’ve got words for things you never understood. You’ve connected the dots: the burnout, the meltdowns, the way you’ve always needed more recovery time, the sensory quirks no one else seemed to have.

But awareness isn’t the same as action.

Because even though you finally see the truth, you’re still stuck living in a world that was never built for your brain.

You know you can’t go back to the old way—pushing through, pretending, passing. But how do you move forward when there’s no roadmap?

How do you actually build a life that supports your needs, honors your energy, and feels like it’s yours?

That’s what Next Steps: Coaching is for.

What is it?

A 3-month 1:1 coaching experience designed for autistic adults (formally or self-diagnosed) who are ready to move from awareness to integration.

You bring your lived experience, your questions, your grief, your curiosity.

I bring science-backed strategies, deep understanding, and a container that meets you where you are.

Together, we'll define what your sustainable, joyful, meaningful life looks like—and build toward it, one doable step at a time.

Meet Jade & Leigh

Jade, 41 was diagnosed last year. She grieved hard. Now she’s unraveling old coping strategies but doesn’t yet have new ones. She’s exhausted and afraid she’ll never feel grounded. She needs scaffolding.

Leigh, 53 is self-diagnosed and certain. They’ve done the inner work, but it hasn’t translated to everyday life. They’re tired of reading and ready to live differently.

Next Steps: Coaching is designed for both of them—and for you.

Why Coaching Works

This isn’t just about venting or setting goals.

It’s about:
  • Behavioral science that respects your neurotype: I use research-backed methods to create change that lasts without forcing you to override your nervous system.

  • ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) principles: We'll work with your values, not against your brain. We'll build flexibility, not rigidity.

  • Individualized, compassionate support: No masking required. Just real, honest exploration with someone who gets it.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about freeing you.

You’re not broken. You’re building.

Let’s do it together.

About Melissa

I’m Melissa, an autistic coach, educator, and advocate passionate about helping late-identified and self-diagnosed autistic adults find clarity, confidence, and community.

My approach is grounded in behavioral science, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), and deep respect for lived experience.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck between the old version of yourself and the one you're trying to reclaim. I’ve lived the unmasking process. I’ve walked through burnout and grief. And I believe that with the right support, it’s possible to build a life that actually works for your brain.

This work is deeply personal to me. It’s not about fixing—it’s about finding your way home to yourself.
