On-demand BACB Supervision CEU
Invisible, Exhausted, and Misunderstood:
Understanding and Supporting High-Masking Neurodivergent Professionals
Your team’s authenticity starts with your supervision.
Learn how to stop reinforcing burnout and start shaping culture where neurodivergent professionals can actually thrive.

This isn’t just a CEU.
It’s supervision that makes a difference.
Learn how to create more supportive, sustainable environments for high-masking neurodivergent professionals—through values-driven supervision and applied behavior analytic strategies.
Too many neurodivergent professionals are praised for "being easy," "high-performing," or "so professional" — while silently burning out behind the mask.
In this on-demand CEU, you'll learn how to spot the subtle ways masking is unintentionally reinforced, and how you can shift your supervision practices to support authenticity instead of just adaptability.
Whether you're neurodivergent yourself or supervising someone who is, this training offers a practical, affirming roadmap to create safer, more sustainable workplaces.

Why it matters
High-masking professionals don’t need more pressure to "show up" — they need spaces where showing up as themselves is safe.
