Why This Matters

Equity isn’t extra. It’s ethical.

Supervising neurodivergent professionals can bring up big questions:

  • What’s reasonable to expect?

  • How do I support one person without losing fairness for the whole team?

  • What if they never asked for help?

This on-demand CEU breaks down the real barriers facing high-masking professionals and gives you a values-aligned framework to supervise equitably, without sacrificing quality, efficiency, or integrity.

What You’ll Walk Away With:

In this 1-hour BACB Supervision CEU, you’ll learn how to:

  • Identify supervision behaviors that unintentionally reinforce masking or burnout

  • Analyze accommodations as behavior-analytic antecedent strategies

  • Shift your language and feedback to reinforce authenticity over performance

  • Use equity-centered tools to support team members without reinforcing over-functioning

  • Respond to common objections like "They never asked for help" or "That’s not fair to the rest of the team"

  • Integrate ACT concepts like defusion, values alignment, and committed action into your supervision style

"This should be required learning for every BCBA in a leadership position." - previous event participant

Who this is for:

This CEU is designed for:

  • BCBAs and Supervisors seeking to deepen their cultural responsiveness and ethical alignment in supervision.

  • Professionals supervising neurodivergent staff, including high-masking or late-diagnosed individuals.

  • Clinicians navigating burnout or masking themselves, looking for more sustainable, values-driven approaches.

  • Anyone committed to equity in behavior analysis, and ready to challenge outdated ideas of fairness, performance, and support.

If you're ready to lead with integrity and build supervisory relationships rooted in trust, flexibility, and function, this is for you.
