In Doodle-with-Me, "I learned that we can use such imagery to sort of traffic our positive and negative emotions and thoughts coming through" - Varsha P

What previous Doodle-with-Me participants have said about the Heartwork Journaling experience!
JG
“I liked the peaceful setting and soothing voice. I felt safe to look within. My biggest takeaway was it's ok to reveal my true feelings instead of hidding behind a fake mask to others. I deserve to schedule time for myself to recharge in order to help my family.
I felt tearful to think how long I have neglected my innerself because of putting others first. Realized that was learned from a young age from my mom.."
Sarah Hughes
"I love how calm, stress-free, easy and enjoyable it was. The power of doodling to gently, yet effectively, explore emotions; the ease and beauty of watercolours and the quality of the questions being asked.
It provided some 💡 moments - especially the failure as fertiliser doodle.."
Hazel
“I learned that I need to be kinder to myself. I really felt inspired to do more heart art... I learned how much easier it is to access my feelings when doing something creative.
I just felt very welcome and it was really easy to follow. It was a gentle introduction.”
Darija Gibson
“I loved that doing it together and your guidance and visuals, helped my art critic relax.
I learned that insight and healing can be done through fun activities.
It is soothing and non confrontational to explore these things in such a way."
Varsha Patel
"I enjoyed how you put the emotions into pictorial visual. As this is something I have not thought of before.
I learned that we can use such imagery to sort of traffic our positive and negative emotions and thoughts coming through"
Zenaida Torres
“Despite the simplicity of the lesson it bought up tons of emotions & feelings. I still have a lot of inner child healing to do. The prompts were really helpful.
I am so grateful for the replays for your classes in general. Gives me "me" time. Let's me nurture my inner child and let's her know it's safe to come out.”
